Victorian Cast Iron Lampposts & Pedestals.

The Oxford Street lighting column was added to our range from a request to supply the old Revo style column strong enough to take the strain of the low 12 voltage festive lighting with spans up to 20 - 25 m.
We used our own deep socket system to locate the pole in the casting using two sets of HT screws and additional internal strengthening ribs. Also a special planted root to take the strain.
There is never any problem of welds cracking and the poles falling out as our columns are so well engineered.
The welds are there only to seal the column base.
